The Braves have enjoyed a tremendous overall season, but the ball club has dropped three consecutive games heading into Friday’s matchup. They are also just 4-6 over their past 10 games.
Atlanta will attempt to get back on track despite Harris’ injury absence. Updates on Michael Harris II’s injury status will continue to be monitored and provided as they are made available.
Harris, 25, has recorded a slash line of .306/.340/.514 across 68 games played this season. He has recorded 14 home runs and nine doubles as well. The outfielder has unquestionably made a significant impact on the ball club.
Harris won the National League Rookie of the Year Award during the 2022 season. He has endured ups and downs since, but Harris is playing at an All-Star caliber level so far this year.
It goes without saying, but the Braves hope Harris can return sooner rather than later.
Despite the team’s recent struggles, the Braves will enter the contest on Friday night with a 46-27 overall record. Atlanta holds a seven-game lead over the Philadelphia Phillies for first place in the National League East standings.
The Braves will do everything they can to snap their current losing streak against the Brewers. First pitch for the contest on Friday night is scheduled for 7:15 PM EST in Atlanta.
