Indiana Fever star point guard Caitlin Clark was unable to finish Wednesday night’s game against the Phoenix Mercury after suffering an apparent upper-body injury.
The Fever announced that the former Iowa Hawkeyes star was done for the rest of the evening with a back injury, which she seemed to sustain after a bad closeout from a Mercury defender in the third quarter.
Caitlin Clark was ruled out for the remainder of the game with a back injury, the Fever announced.
She grabbed her back after this closeout, which was not ruled a flagrant foul.
Praying she is ok
