The drama between the San Francisco 49ers and Brandon Aiyuk continues to escalate, as the five-year veteran wide receiver has made some interesting posts about it on social media. With buzz speculating the Washington Commanders might be interested in trading for Aiyuk, head coach Dan Quinn refused to answer any questions regarding the situation.
Quinn was asked by media members on Tuesday about his thoughts on Aiyuk wearing Commanders gear in his recent social media posts, and what he thinks about possibly reuniting the disgruntled wideout with quarterback Jayden Daniels. But the 55-year-old head coach didn’t provide much of an answer, as he diverted away from it entirely.
“Not from my understanding, or have a comment about that,” said Quinn about Aiyuk. “You had to take a shot, I understand.”
