The New York Knicks are on the verge of winning the big prize, and have the entire city rooting for them to conclude the NBA Finals in Game 5. New York battled back from a 29-point deficit to conclude the largest comeback in Finals history in Game 4, and it is hard to see them squander things from here.
And as it seems, the Knicks have support from the New York Mets as well, with Mrs. Met seen sporting a Mitchell Robinson jersey during their 3-1 loss to the Atlanta Braves. The Mets mascot was seen cheering on the crowd from the touchline, clearly egging on the Knicks to finish the job in San Antonio.

The Spurs lost both of their home games thus far, with their solitary win coming in Game 3 due to a 32-point display from Victor Wembanyama. Robinson himself has played a key role in limiting Wemby’s influence offensively in the other games despite himself playing with a broken right finger.
Robinson managed just 13 minutes in Game 4, scoring two points but registering five rebounds during that time. The Spurs were much the better team in the first half but underwent a complete collapse in the second, scoring just 30 points in the final two quarters.
Regardless, New York once again had Jalen Brunson to thank, who had 36 points, seven assists and five rebounds on the night. OG Anunoby went on a rampage from the three-point zone in the second half, converting seven of his nine three-pointers in the game en-route to a 33-point display.
The Spurs looked like they would produce the most effortless display of the series thus far in the first two quarters and simply buckled in the second half due to the increased physicality New York had on display. That was enough to transform the series once again, as the Spurs now need to do what only one team, in the form of the Cleveland Cavaliers back in 2016, have done in the history of Finals in the league.
