The Cavs put Taylor Swift’s courtside seat up for auction from her appearance at Rocket Arena for an Eastern Conference Finals game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the New York Knicks, and her chair made more than other celebrities’ chairs, including fiancé Travis Kelce, Ben Stiller, Kylie Jenner, and Timothée Chalamet.
The Athletic reports that Swift’s chair sold for $7,000. That was nearly $5.5K more than the next highest (Jenner’s Game 4 chair sold for $1,505). Kelce’s chair from the same game as Swift’s sold for $1,405.
As for the others, Chalamet’s seat sold for $1,202. Neither Stiller nor Machine Gun Kelly’s (MGK) seats eclipsed the $1,000 mark, selling for $732 and $635, respectively.
The Cavs’ auctions of Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Kylie Jenner, and Timothée Chalamet’s courtside seats

The Cavs put the chairs of the celebrities up for auction, which were certified through “The Realest’s witness-based and tamper-proof TRuEST” system. They did this in collaboration with memorabilia company The Realest.
However, they didn’t identify Swift and Kelce by name. Rather, they called Swift “one of the biggest music artists in the world and a 14-time Grammy Award winner.” Meanwhile, Kelce was billed as “a Kansas City Super Bowl champion and Cleveland Heights native.”
All of the celebrities whose chairs were auctioned off attended one of the Cavaliers’ home playoff games against the New York Knicks (which they lost).
Swift, Jenner, Chalamet, and Stiller are all Knicks fans for one reason or another. Kelce, meanwhile, is an Ohio native, making him a fan of the Cavs. MGK, meanwhile, was born in Texas, but his family eventually moved to Ohio.
While at the game, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end created a viral moment when chugging a beer. This didn’t provide the Cavs with a spark, though, as they lost Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals by 13 points. The Knicks’ Jalen Brunson scored a game-high 30 points.
