MLB The Show 26 Game Update 12 and server update are set to deploy at 4 AM PT on 6/16/2026 on all platforms.

General:
- Firstly, fixed an issue with Exhibition: Daily Lineups where pitching decisions were missing for some games on the calendar.
- Furthermore, fixed a visual bug that would sometimes show the timer being ahead for daily log in rewards.
- Lastly, fixed a bug that prevented the depth of field setting from displaying properly on XBOX.
Diamond Dynasty:
- Fixed a bug where logos might not appear correctly when selecting a specific game in Mini Seasons.
- Secondly, added UI to show the series record in the playoffs for Mini Seasons.
- Fixed an issue that allowed users to repeatedly simulate the Championship Game in WBC Mini Seasons for rewards without progressing through the preceding games.
- NOTE: Rewards for the WBC Mini Season will be reverted to the Championship bundle after a content update around noon PT on 6/16.
- Lastly, fixed a bug where Orioles and Red Sox uniforms would not display correctly in Diamond Quest, Moments, Conquest, or Play vs CPU.

Overall, that includes all patch notes for MLB The Show 26 Update 12.
Firstly, this update adds general bug fixes as well as fixes to the Diamond Dynasty Mode. However, Franchise and Road To The Show did not receive any improvements or fixes in this update. But Diamond Dynasty players will be happy to hear about a few of the fixes coming their way.
Additionally, player likeness updates went live on June 16th. Therefore, players can now see updated player models when entering any game mode. Essentially, we can expect to see more player likeness updates throughout the year we we’re still in the thick of the regular season. So stay tuned for more updates and player likeness improvements.
