WWE files Danhausen-themed trademark for ‘human monies’

Trademark moves are being made as WWE filed one for Danhausen for the term “human monies,” which is an important part of his gimmick.

It’s being reported that WWE has filed a trademark for “human monies,” a popular phrase said by Danhausen, with the USPTO. Usually, this is what he requests when he is going to “curse” or “uncurse” someone or something. He recently helped the New York Knicks win a championship by “uncursing” them.

The trademark is still pending, so fans will have to continue to monitor the situation for more developments. It appears the catchphrase will be used for clothing like shirts and hoodies.

Danhausen has become one of WWE’s top stars since his debut in February 2026

While Danhausen has only been in WWE since February 2026, he made his debut at Elimination Chamber, he’s become a needle-mover, thanks to his merchandise. He is one of the company’s most popular Superstars, and he’s now crossing over into the mainstream.

He played a huge role in the Knicks’ recent championship run. After “uncursing” them, they won 13 consecutive games. The win streak carried into the NBA Finals. It was snapped by the San Antonio Spurs in Game 3 of the series. Ultimately, that was a small bump in the road, as the Knicks still won the NBA Finals.

On their way to the Finals, the Knicks swept two playoff opponents: the Philadelphia 76ers and the Cleveland Cavaliers. They had a dominant run, going 16-3 in the playoffs.

Danhausen is currently used in a variety of ways by WWE. He appears in a lot of backstage segments. During the June 15 edition of Monday Night RAW, Liv Morgan approached him about “cursing” some of Judgment Day’s opponents. Of course, that would require “human monies” to be made possible. He has also been in a feud with The Miz and Kit Wilson for several months after his debut.
