Did Karl-Anthony Towns, Jordyn Woods get married? Knicks fans think so after subtle IG move

Is there a chance that engaged couple Karl-Anthony Towns and Jordyn Woods got married after the New York Knicks’ championship win? Fans think so.

One of KAT’s latest Instagram Stories posts includes him and his fiancée celebrating the Knicks’ NBA Finals win. While he tagged Woods, he crossed her last name out and replaced it with “Towns.”

Of course, they are engaged, so Woods taking Towns’ last name is inevitable. However, it’s unknown if they actually got married over the last couple of days.

Until Towns or Woods confirms the news, it’s safe to assume that they are still engaged but not married. However, it’s likely that they will go headfirst into wedding planning.

KAT was recently asked about wedding planning. It sounds like all of his focus was on the NBA playoffs, and now that the season is over, he can look ahead to other things.

“I need to start planning. I need to start there. The only thing I’ve been planning this whole time was an NBA championship,” Towns said about his wedding.

The couple has been engaged since Christmas Day in 2025. Depending on how long wedding planning takes, they may not be engaged for much longer.

Towns helped bring the Knicks the franchise’s first championship in 53 years. He was on fire in the first two games, scoring 39 points and logging 25 boards in that stretch.

However, he would get into foul trouble throughout the next few games. He actually fouled out of Game 5, only logging two points before his exit.

KAT has been with the Knicks since 2024. He was traded by the Minnesota Timberwolves. A New Jersey native, Towns grew up a fan of the Knicks. So, the team’s championship win in 2026 meant even more to him on a personal note.
